How can I order?

Do you offer delivery?

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! You can collect your catering order from our bakery at 142 Malabar Road, South Coogee.

Cold orders can be collected during the following times:
Monday - Saturday: 6am - 3pm
Sunday: 7am - 3pm

How much notice do you need?

We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours notice for all catering orders.

For larger or custom requests, we recommend placing your order at least 5 days in advance.

Please note that our kitchen books out quickly during weekends and holiday periods, so the more notice you can provide, the better.

If you're working with a shorter timeframe, feel free to contact us or give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

We offer a few gluten-free options such as our Orange & Almond Cake, Chocolate Mud Cake, and Brownie. We can also make a gluten-free sandwich on request.

We also have a selection of vegan options including our Chia Pudding and a Seasonal Vegan Wrap.

However, please note that we operate out of a small kitchen that handles gluten, nuts, and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any items will be completely trace-free.

If you have specific dietary needs, please get in touch we’re always happy to see how we can accommodate.

Do you provide tableware or setup for events?

We don’t offer event setup, but we can provide bamboo cutlery and serviettes for an additional charge. Just let us know what you need when placing your order!

How do I pay for my order?

All orders can be paid online via Credit/Debit or PayPal at checkout.

If you experience any issues during payment, please get in touch and we’ll help sort it out.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

We begin preparing your order early, so late changes may not be possible.

Ordered cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will be refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will not be refunded.

Call us on (02) 9344 3255 if you need to make any changes.

Can I place a last-minute order?

We’ll always try to help! While we recommend providing at least 72 hours notice for catering, feel free to reach out and call us on (02) 9344 3255.

If our kitchen isn’t at capacity, we may be able to squeeze you in.

Late orders may be subject to a 10% surcharge.

Can I request a custom order?

Absolutely! Just head to our Contact Us page and let us know what you have in mind.

Custom orders should be placed at least 5 days in advance to allow enough time for planning and preparation.
